Good meal, great service. Called in on the off chance, we were made to feel very welcome and good advice given about where to sit- not in bar where football was about to start. Opted for dining room and waitress service. Service was quick and attentive. My partner rated the steak as best had in a long time, my chicken wrapped in pancetta was equally good. Vegetables cooked well, not overlooked. The sticky toffee pudding could have had more toffee sauce, custard lovely. Overall a very enjoyable evening- recommend it.
